- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 mozzarella string cheese cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten slightly, add a cube of mozzarella, pinch to seal, and roll into a ball.
Arrange dough balls into a Christmas tree shape on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, olive oil, and garlic. Brush half over the dough balls.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Bake 14-16 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm with marinara.
