
Homemade Granola Bars
This is a super healthy and easy way to make granola bars at home.
Equipment
- Food Prosessor
- Cooking Sheet
Ingredients
- 12-15 Dates
- 1 1/3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or as many as you'd like
- 1-2 scoops Protein Powder I used vanilla but you can use whatever is your favorite!
- 1-2 tbsp Water If the mixture is dry.
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and form a big rectangle.
- Cut your bars into equal rectangles and refrigerate for 30 minites before storing them into an air tight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
You could add chia seeds for more nutrition.
