Homemade Granola Bars

This is a super healthy and easy way to make granola bars at home.

  • Cooking Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 12-15 Dates
  • 1 1/3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or as many as you'd like
  • 1-2 scoops Protein Powder I used vanilla but you can use whatever is your favorite!
  • 1-2 tbsp Water If the mixture is dry.

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and form a big rectangle.
  • Cut your bars into equal rectangles and refrigerate for 30 minites before storing them into an air tight container. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

You could add chia seeds for more nutrition.
